How I understand technology and work
I see myself as someone curious, persistent, and focused on truly understanding problems before acting on them. I enjoy learning, exploring new possibilities, and turning that knowledge into solutions that apply to real needs.
I currently balance responsibilities across different professional projects, which has pushed me to build a way of working based on organization, prioritization, and the ability to switch context without losing sight of technical quality. I'm motivated by taking on responsibility, moving forward with autonomy, and keeping a clear view of how each decision fits into the project as a whole.
My profile combines three areas I see as connected parts of the same discipline: software development, systems and infrastructure, and technical support. Building an application doesn't end when the code works; it also means understanding where it will run, how it will be deployed, how its data will be protected, how it will recover from a failure, and how it will actually be used and maintained by people.
That's why I enjoy designing an architecture with Java and Spring Boot just as much as configuring a server, analyzing components, resolving an incident, or improving a process through automation. This cross-cutting view lets me approach projects beyond a single technology layer and make decisions that account for both development and how things actually run.
Artificial intelligence is part of how I learn and work. I use it to test out ideas, explore alternatives, go deeper into technical concepts, and weigh risks before making decisions. I don't see it as a substitute for knowledge or professional judgment, but as a tool for researching better, broadening perspective, and speeding up learning that I still have to understand and apply myself.
I'm at a stage of growth where I want to keep deepening my technical skills, take on larger-scope projects, and work with teams I can also learn from. I'm building a career based on responsibility, continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver increasingly complete solutions.

How I work
I combine technical analysis, fast self-directed learning, and incremental execution to solve problems that cross software, data, and infrastructure. At a current project I've incorporated RAG, vector databases, and local model execution into a Java/Spring platform, keeping the focus on security, maintainability, and business needs.
I bring creativity to solution design, adaptability to agile environments, and experience leading small teams and training colleagues — including mentoring interns at Nattia.
